    I don't think that the windows are photoshopped in the sense of adding a view that is not there.

    These pictures are just taken by a professional photographer....
    As of being one myself - I know that this can be achieved by long-term exposure combined with flash photography.
    Or taking two pictures (one exposed for the room and the other exposed for the windows)
    Then stacking both pictures in photoshop for the wide dynamic range needed to catch the whole dynamics of very bright windows and a dark room.
    (Which the camera by itself can't catch - and our human eyes are way better at adapting and catching a broader dynamic range than any camera can)

    That's a common technique used in a lot of hotel room photography....
